Desert Pools Reception- An Evening of Art and Community

Brazilian contemporary mixed-media artist Joice Gabriela participated in the Desert Pools reception at Winchester-Dondero Cultural Center on October 8, 2026, celebrating the conclusion of the exhibition, which ran from August 11 to October 8, 2026.

Featuring her artwork Charms of the Sea, the exhibition brought together artists exploring water within the desert landscape. The reception offered an opportunity for artists and visitors to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate the creativity of the local arts community.

Joice Gabriela extends her sincere thanks to juror Hikmet Sidney Loe, Clark County Public Arts, the Winchester-Dondero Cultural Center team, and all participating artists and visitors who made this experience so meaningful.
