Joice Gabriela Participates in Caminando por las Américas at the Rotunda Gallery

On September 24, 2026, Joice Gabriela attended the closing reception for Caminando por las Américas / Walking Through the Americas at the Rotunda Gallery inside the Clark County Government Center in Las Vegas. The event marked her third exhibition at the gallery in 2026.

The juried exhibition brought together visual art and stories exploring migration across the Americas, with a focus on resilience, dignity, memory, and belonging. Joice’s mixed-media work Constellations of Arrival was selected by guest juror and curator Olmeca. Through its circular form and layered materials, the work suggests connections between place, identity, and the experiences that shape a sense of belonging.

The closing reception was a beautiful evening of art, cultural performances, and conversation. Joice was pleased to meet Olmeca and connect with fellow artists and visitors beside her work.
